Attorney Bell has represented clients in courtrooms throughout the SunCoast, and continues to refine her professional credentials with annual educational opportunities and membership with the Manatee County Bar Association, Manatee Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Florida Bar Association, State of Florida Alternative Dispute Resolution Center, Family Court Professional Collaborative, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

As a State of Florida, Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, Lisa serves throughout the 12th Circuit Court of Florida with the Citizens Dispute Resolution Center, Pre-Filing Family Mediation Program,  and the Florida Bar Association, Legal Fee Arbitration Program.

my professional story

Hello! I’m Lisa,

I have worked here along the sunny shores of Manatee County, Florida for 20 years.  I ‘m an Attorney and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator.  I have also certified as a collaborative divorce attorney.

My career started in a small law office, then I quickly found a career path with the Legal Department of the Child Support Enforcement Division of the Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court, where I handled hundreds of cases, serving the public and the interests of children.  Three years later, I became an Associate with Conley, Cleary & Dorman.  Four years after that, I re-joined Attorney Dorman at the law firm of Hamrick, Perrey Quinlan & Smith, where she was a partner.  There I expanded my practice into the area of Guardianships and became a Certified Family Mediator.

On November 11, 2011, I launched my solo practice and continue to represent clients from all walks of life.  I am truly blessed to continue serving our community in all aspects of Guardianship, Guardian Advocacy, Family Law and Mediation.
